Apple Manhattan

Ingredients:

• Scant 2oz

• 100 Rebel Rye Whiskey

• 2/3oz Punt E Mes

• ½ oz Apple Brandy

• 3 dashes Apple Bitters

Directions:

• Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled.

• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

• Garnish with an apple fan.
