Brazilian Mojito
Ingredients:
• 11/2oz Leblon Cachaca,
• 1/2oz Wray & Nephew white overproof rum
• 3/4oz Lime Juice
• 3/4oz Simple syrup
• 8ea Mint leaves
• 3oz Soda Water
Directions:
• Add mint leaves to a shaker tin with syrup and muddle.
• Add remaining ingredients except soda water and shake well with ice.
• Double strain over a clear ice spear.
• Top with soda water.
• Garnish with a mint bouquet.
