Clash of the Tartans
Ingredients:
• 1oz Johnnie Walker Blended Scotch
• 1oz Highlands Malt Scotch Whiskey
• 0.5oz Islay Scotch
• 1oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5oz BG Reynolds Falemum Tropical Cocktail Syrup
• 0.5ozHoney Syrup
• 0.5oz Orange Juice
• 3 dashes of Ginger Bitters
• 12oz Crushed Ice
Directions:
• Combine all ingredients (except Islay scotch) in a cocktail shaker and shake until frosty.
• Open pour into a double old-fashioned glass.
• Slowly pour Islay scotch over the surface to float and garnish with candied ginger.
