Glasgow Mule
Ingredients:
• 1.5oz Sneaky Peat Blended Scotch
• 0.5oz Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
• 0.75oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 3oz Ginger Beer
Directions:
• Pour Scotch, St Germain, and lemon juice into a copper mug with ice.
• Top with ginger beer.
• Stir gently.
• Garnish with a lemon wheel, fresh lemon balm (or mint), and a huge slice of fresh ginger.
