He Lost His Soul

Ingredients:

• 2oz Kinsale Spirit Summer Cove Gin

• 0.5oz Lemon Juice

• 0.5oz Lime Juice

• 1oz Ice Wine

• 0.75oz Vanilla Ginger Syrup

• 3 dashes of Tonic Bitters

• 3 drops of Blue Food Dye

Directions:

• Shake and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.

• Garnish with ginger.
