Jack Frost
Ingredients:
• 2oz Selvarey Coconut Rum
• 1.5oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.5oz Gilffards Blue Curacao
• 1oz Coconut Cream
Directions:
• Pour a small amount of sweetened shredded coconut on one plate and pour a small amount of simple syrup on another plate.
• Dip the rim of a glass into the syrup and then the coconut.
• Shake liquid ingredients in a shaker until chilled and strain into coconut-rimmed glass.
• Garnish with a marshmallow and clove snowman.
