Montresor The Beach Rat
Ingredients:
• 2oz Amontillado Sherry
• 1.5oz Vardan Mamikonyan Brandy
• 1oz Orange Juice
• 0.5Sweet Vermouth
• 0.25oz Simple Syrup
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• 1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
Directions:
• Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
• Double strain into a coupe glass.
• Garish with an orange wedge.
