Palomojito
Ingredients:
• 1½ Deleon Tequila Blanco
• ½ oz Rayu Mezcal Joven Espadin Artesanal Oaxaca
• 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 1oz Lime Juice
• ½ oz Barefoot Botanicals Spicy Tumeric Syrup
• ¼ oz Liber & Co Red Grape Fruit Cordial
• 6 Mint Leaves
• 4 dashes Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
Directions:
• Add mint and syrup to a shaker tin and muddle gently.
• Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake well.
• Double strain over a clear ice spear in a highball glass.
• Top with soda water
• Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a min bouquet.
