Pirates Prescription

Ingredients:

• 2oz Appleton Estate 12yrs

• 0.75oz Orange Juice

• 0.25Simple Syrup

• 0.5 Coffee Liqueur

• 1 dash Cacao & Macadamia Bitters

• 0.25oz Jameson Irish Whiskey

• 2ea Jalapeno Coins

Directions:

• Add the jalapeño coins to a tin with the orange juice.

• Crush but don’t pulverize.

• Add your remaining ingredients, except the Irish whiskey.

• Fill the tin with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds to chill and dilute.

• Next add a large block of ice to a rock glass.

• Double strain your cocktail over the ice.

• Then pour the Irish whiskey over a bar spoon to float on top. Express an orange peel over the top and use to garnish.
