Ruddell’s Sour

Ingredients:

• 2oz Makers Mark Kentucky Bourbon

• 0.75oz Lemon Juice

• 0.5oz Maple Syrup

• 1 Egg White

• 6 drops of Jerry Thomas Bitters

Directions:

• Add all ingredients including egg white and ice to a shaker and shake well.

• Strain out the ice and dry shake.

• Strain into the coupe glass.

• Ass a few drops of bitters carefully on top of the foam.

• Enjoy!
