Pineapple bourbon cocktail

Siren of the Tropics


• 1oz Rebel Yell

• 1oz rum

• 0.75oz Dry Curacao

• 0.5oz Creme de Banane

• 1.5oz Pineapple juice

• 0.5oz Lime juice

• BG Reynolds Original Cocktail Syrup

• 1 dash Peychauds Bitters

• 12oz Roughly crushed Ice


• Combine all ingredients in a drink mixer tin.

• Blend for 5 seconds.

• Open pour into a large glass or tiki mug.

• Garnish with banana chips, a lime wedge and pineapple fronds.
