Smokey Ginger Julep

1.5oz The Legendary Silkie Irish Whiskey

.5 oz FAIR Ginger Liqueur

6 Mint leaves

Directions:

Garnish with mint sprig

Gently muddle mint in rocks glass with ginger liqueur

Add crushed ice to fill glass

Add Silkie Irish Whiskey and stir with upward motion to combine

Add more crushed ice until ice reaches top of glass

Garnish with mint sprig

Drink with a medal straw
