The Alberfeldy Gold Fashioned

Ingredients:

• 1.5oz Aberfeldy 12 yr old

• 1 barspoon local honey

• 2 dashes The Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters

• 2 dashes Orange Bitters orange peel

Directions:

• stir ingredients together with ice

• strain into rocks glass express orange peel over glass and discard
