The Perfect Storm

Ingredients:

• 1oz Coruba Dark Rum

• 0.75oz Amaro Averna

• 0.5oz Giffard Ginger of The Indies

• 0.5oz Lemon Hart 151 Demerara Rum

• 1 dash Angostura Bitters

• 2 dashes of Scrappy’s Lime Bitters

Directions:

• Stir everything with ice and strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.

• Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.
