Wake me up (Before YouGo-Go)
Ingredients:
• 1oz 1792 Bourbon
• 0.5 Espresso
• 0.25oz Pedro Ximenez Sherry
• 0.25oz Coffee Liqueur
• 0.25oz Toasted Cocoa nib syrup
Directions:
• Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
• Shake to chill, strain into glass over a large ice cube.
• Top with the salted whipped cream and cocoa nibs.
