Beet whiskey cocktail

With Every Beet of my Heart


• 1oz Beet Juice

• 1 ½oz Bushmills Whiskey

• ½ oz Ginger Simple Syrup

• ½ oz Tonic Water


• Put a large ice in your rocks glass and pour over the beet, whiskey, and ginger syrup.

• Give a stir to chill and combine.

• Add a splash of tonic water.

• Take the lemon peel and express it over the drink, running it all over the glass to get that scent with every sip.

• Drop the lemon peel in and enjoy.
